VARSITY PARK 08/03/2005

At the beginning of this year Woh Hup was awarded a $109 million design and build contract by Capitaland to build its premium residential development in the West Coast. The development comprises 31 blocks of 5-storey residential buildings with a total of 530 units and underground carpark. This development would cover sprawling grounds with extensive landscaping and feature differing 'village clusters' such as a water village, palm court, woodgrove and coastal fun park. The project is expected to be completed by November 2007.
