The Group has embarked on joint ventures with overseas contractors to carry out construction projects in Singapore from as early as 1983. In this regard, we have successfully completed many joint venture projects with both local and international construction companies and have benefited from this association by branching into new areas of construction. Our involvement in joint venture projects enables us to optimize the use of resources so as to achieve the highest value for our clients' investments.

We have also ventured overseas to tie up with local partners in carrying out work; and have broken into new markets, extending from the Asian region to as far as the United Kingdom and Australia.
