Altez

The Interlace
In late 2009, WHPL was awarded the contract for the construction of "The Interlace", a residential development by Ankerite Pte Ltd (a joint development by CapitaLand Residential and Hotel Properties Limited) at a contract sum of S$453.338m. The project will commence construction on 1 March 2010 and is expected to TOP on 30 November 2013.
